Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes often make it difficult to fill that space. Full service price will be charged for any no call, no-shows. This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients while also respecting my time and commitment to my schedule. Thank you for understanding and for respecting these policies, which allow me to provide the highest level of service to each client.
