Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you, and last-minute changes often make it difficult to fill that space. Please ensure the chosen scheduled time works for you as a 50% cancellation fee will be charged with less than a 12 hour notice of your scheduled appointment. Full service price will be charged for any no call, no-shows. This policy helps ensure fairness to all clients while also respecting my time and commitment to my schedule.
